Boost Media LTD is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to legal claims, inaccuracies, or reputational damage.
The AI link analysis feature allows users to add external URLs for enrichment. When you click "Complete with AI" on an external link, the backend fetches that URL to extract the page title and text content. Only the first approximately 3,000 characters of page text are processed. This data is used solely to generate a summary and keywords for smart internal linking within your site.
This feature is user-initiated — the plugin does not crawl or scrape external websites automatically. The backend uses a standard HTTP user agent when fetching external pages.

Service interruptions affect only the AI generation features — your WordPress site, existing content, and local plugin features (link management, content analysis) continue to function normally regardless of backend availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boost Media LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. In no event shall Boost Media LTD's total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to Boost Media LTD in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
